In Ecclesiastics 3:1-8 we are told there is a place and time for everything.
We must keep this in mind when we pray about the things that sting.
Sometimes we need to hold onto something we thought we should discard.
I learned this lesson when throwing out old lumber that was in my yard.
Both the refuse men and Town workers refused to pick it up for me.
At first I got angry and then tried to evaluate the emotion connected to my PTSD.
While in contemplation in a dream the answer came in a question you see.
The negative thoughts manifested in a four-day Migraine for me.
Not only this event brought pain and sorrow, but became a string of bad things.
The question my inner voice asked me was, "Why?" (In my ears it still rings.)
That day a healing hand from a loving man was attracted to my Tweets for the day.
In his blog he wrote an anecdote for dissolving anger for someone in a special way.
The tip he shared I then compared to several relationships that my heart bears the burn.
At his calling I visualized a warm, white glow around those persons I no longer yearn.
Once this was done I was able to let go of their hurts.
Tears of resentment transformed and flooded into joyful bursts!
The experience cleansed my heart and healed my head.
I discovered what was blocking my progress that birthed into freedom instead!
Then with a grateful heart an idea popped into my mind.
I needed to hold onto that lumber to sharpen and brace my mower's blade aside.
Another brainstorm cleared with discarding the sharp nails in the boards to cut.
A new use for them could then be transformed as posts to fence my garden shut.
As for holding onto those relationships that stung, letting go allows a renewed life begun.
After all it's the holiday of Easter where we celebrate new life from death of God's Son.
In contemplation we can all use this strategy in letting go of what does not suit anymore.
Then in forgiveness of others we can forgive ourselves and let our spirits soar!
A valuable tip to know is that what we think long on can manifest into illness.
Negative thoughts always make our mind, body, and soul regress.
Another lesson is to let go of spiritual poverty in your mind.
Only then can you move on and receive prosperity of the heavenly kind.
